This premier house is the largest of our homes. It is perfect for very large families or those interested in a family reunion. The spacious, covered front porch makes this the perfect summer beach house.

The oversized first floor contains a very large Living Room and Dining Room with a table for eight. Flanked by an indoor sunroom, with private access to the front porch, this room can be used as an extra bedroom. An additional family room behind the kitchen -with direct access to the backyard and pool – can also be used as an additional bedroom. Still on the first floor, to the right of the kitchen, are a brand new full bath and a large queen size bedroom with two twin beds. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with a full and a twin just off the master bathroom. Two more bedrooms, both with full size private bathrooms and twin beds in each complete the home. All bedrooms have full closets.

All homes feature full air-conditioning and cable TV. Two TV’s are provided for this unit. All rooms are cable ready. Wireless internet access available.

This home has a private porch with table and chairs- or join the fun at one of the common area tables. Grab a lounge chair around the pool! Have a BBQ and relax!

All guests have access to the pool, outdoor showers, parking, and convenient barbeque grills. All kitchen essentials, bedding and linens provided.
