Rules & Regulations

To ensure the maximum enjoyment of all guests all residents are asked to cooperate with the following rules.

• All garbage must be fully secured in a large, closed plastic bag, before placing in garbage receptacle.
• All glass recyclables must be cleaned and placed in appropriate containers in secured large plastic garbage bags.
• Parking rules strictly enforced. Park in designated area only. Vehicles not to block sidewalk.
• All common areas used are to be cleaned promptly.

Pool

1. The Sun Ray pool is considered a private pool. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. No lifeguard on Duty. The Law requires the pool be closed when owner/manager is off the premises.
2. An adult must accompany all persons under the age of 16 .
3. NO glass containers or bottles of any kind inside pool area.
4. NO food allowed inside pool area.
5. NO smoking allowed inside pool area.
6. Floats may be used so long as they do not present annoyance to other guests. All items must be removed from pool area when you are not present.
7. All bathers MUST wear appropriate attire (We are a family resort). Children not toilet trained MUST wear rubber pants or appropriate water diapers.
8. NO loud radios.
9. If you bring something to the pool - bring it home when you leave.
10. Do not hang towels on the pool fence.
11. For everyone’s safety NO DIVING ANYTIME, ANYWHERE
12. Pool use to registered guests only!

The above rules are in addition to any rules posted at the pool.
